Our Mission
Restoring joy to radiology in a time of need
Radiology should not feel like a constant exercise in translation where clinical reasoning is reduced to rigid templates, commands, and repetitive boilerplate.
The current capacity crisis is not only a problem of volume, but of workflow strain. As demands increase, radiologists are pushed to spend more time on documentation and less time on the part of the work that matters most: interpreting images and making clinical decisions. Over time, this contributes to burnout and drives talented physicians out of practice earlier than they should be.
We are building RadOverlay to change that.
By removing the friction of report construction, radiologists stay focused on the images, maintain their clinical flow, and reduce the cognitive overhead of documentation. The result is not just faster reporting, but a better day-to-day experience of radiology. Our vision for radiology is one that preserves autonomy, supports decision-making, and restores the parts of the work that we love.
We believe this shift has two outcomes: immediate gains in productivity, and a longer-term impact on the profession itself, by helping radiologists stay in practice longer, with greater satisfaction and sustainability.
RadOverlay is designed to preserve the radiologist’s authorship, oversight, and responsibility while fundamentally reshaping how reporting fits into practice.
